Your order is prepared for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. Due to the quick turnaround time we are unfortunately unable to allow any changes. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Once you have placed your order an automatic email will be sent saying your order has been processed. Once the order has left our warehouse, you will get another email with a tracking number saying your order has been shipped.
Orders take between 5-7 business days in transit, sometimes less. Orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours. We do not ship Saturday, Sundays, or holidays.
Adeirlina is not responsible for delays due to carrier constraints. Adeirlina is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packaging. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from shipping carriers along with your order from Adeirlina, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping carriers.
In case your shipment is lost in transit: You will not be reimbursed for your purchase with Adeirlina along with shipping fees. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE CLAIM WITH SHIPPING CARRIERS. Adeirlina is not responsible for lost packages during transit. Adeirlina is only responsible for your new purchase, once your package leaves our office it is completely out of our control.
Consider adding Package Protection via our 3rd Party partner service Route to cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen or damaged within the limits of Route's Package Protection Policy.
For a small surcharge, we offer Package Protection through a 3rd party service called Route. They protect your order against being lost, stolen or damaged within the limits of their protection policy. Please thoroughly read their policy here.
Route package protection is automatically added to your order available to be removed at checkout.
We ship all over the world.
All international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) according to our return terms and conditions for a full refund (minus shipping costs) and place a new order.
