A: No, all final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
ALL INTIMATE ITEMS AND ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. THESE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 14 business days for your return to be fully processed. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment.
All returns sent back to us must be delivered and received by us within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund back to your original payment method. Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will be will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
We only accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained, including the absence of body odor, and free of any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs). All items being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).
If returning any order comes with a complimentary gift magnetic box, please include the gift box; otherwise, a $10 deduction will be applied to the refund.
Adeirlina reserves the right to refuse refund(s) for any return(s) that do not meet our return requirements.
Effective January 25th, 2024, orders placed after this date until November 25th will incur a 5% restocking fee applies to each item returned, and this fee will be deducted from the item's purchase price.
Effective November 25th, 2024, orders placed on and after this date will incur a 10% restocking fee applies to each item returned, and this fee will be deducted from the item's purchase price.
Effective November 25th, 2024, all purchases made using coupon codes of 35% or greater or marked sale items discounted over 35% will be considered FINAL SALE. This means these items will not be eligible for returns or refunds. However, items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability, or returned for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
