About us
Launched in Boston in late April, 2020. Adeirlina, an independent American brand,
specializes in making festive and joyful clothes for all occasions. We are committed to practice zero-waste model
by embracing traditional craftsmanship.
Why handmade?
Industrial production vs handmade production
For industrial production in a large factory, sewists are trained for one specific task on one type of seam all day long. Operation is much bigger and faster.
For handmade production, one piece of garment is assembled by one skilled person, from start to finish. Each garment takes longer to make.
At Adeirlina, we value traditional craftsmanship. We have gathered the most talented dressmakers and designers to work together. By combining the traditional textile techniques and modern designs, Adeirlina dresses were born.
Our Products
Finest quality, craftsmanship, and durability
All Adeirlina products were designed in Boston and handmade and finished in our private office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our team is driven by a great passion and desire for producing high-quality garments. We handmade piece by piece. Every stitch is carefully checked from start to finish, which increases the quality and reliability of the products.
Zero Waste
Small quantities, recyle, and upcycle
Fashion is one of the biggest polluting industry in the world. Therefore, we chose handmade production to reduce environmental harm and support artisans who have a great passion for their craft.
Handmade production is environment friendly. There is no toxic gas and chemical released in the air. There is no waste dumped into the ground and water.
Our team hand-make each style in small quantities from 15 to 30 pieces to test the success of the item. We only produce more when we receive more than 10 restock requests. To ensure the most efficient possible use of our fabric, we incorporate traditional cutting techniques in our production and upcycle scrap fabric for office materials. And then any scraps still left are recycled. Therefore, there is no pollution and absolutely no waste.
Positive Work Environment
Transparency and respect
At Adeirlina, we do not use forced labour, child labour, and underpaid labour.
Our offices in Boston and Ho Chi Minh city operate during business hours. Employees at all levels have one hour lunch break, paid time off, and flexible schedules.
We support dressmakers who have great passion for their craft. We are constantly training the next generation of craftspeople by encouraging them to continue to produce craft and to pass their skills and knowledge onto others.
